The Scottish Youth Parliament believes that UK and international higher education students should receive a discount or refund on their tuition fees to account for the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the quality and experience of learning; and calls on the Scottish Government to work with the higher education sector to find and implement financial solutions to this.
