The Scottish Youth Parliament notes, with concern, the recent reports that Barlinnie Prison is in breach of UN human rights, and therefore calls on the Scottish Prison Service and Scottish Government to ensure that prisoners’ rights are at the forefront of their decisions related to prisons during the COVID-19 crisis and recovery period.
