The Scottish Youth Parliament believes that students should not be unfairly disadvantaged in their studies due to illness or injury, and therefore calls on teachers to ensure that pupils who are absent from school due to health-related issues are provided with detailed coursework notes and support from the appropriate teachers/tutors.
